Floppy Lock

I need to install the floplock.exe across the board on the
domain. I know I need the resource kit that came with
Windows 2000 Server but the person who ran the network
before me lost it. So how do I get a copy of the
floplock.exe and how would I apply it to the whole domain
leaving out the IT OU
