Thanks for the reply. I should have already told you guys that I CAN
manipulate the BIOS to boot from a variety of media. My OEM copy of wink
does not boot from the CD-ROM. One of my XP disks DOES boot from the
CD-ROM.
What I am waiting for is MS to catch up with technology that is already old
(over a year). This is not rocket science. All I want is a little package
of files that I put on a thumb drive to make it a boot disk. I know I am
not the 1st person to ask for this. I do not know why MS is dragging their
feet on it.
