Win2k Server For Applications

I Recently Installed win2k Server on my secondary system, and I want
to know how to have it run an application upon startup. my goal is to
move my 3-rd party FTP programs to this server along with a few other
server programs.

Is there any way to get win2k server to load these programs
automatically after starting up? In win2k professional I would have
done it by automatically logging into a profile, and have these
programs in the startup or registry, but win2k Server doenst allow
automatic logons.
