I'm trying to get instructions to get rid of a virus. It
is the one that keeps shutting down my computer. I really
can't do anything. Please assist. I know I have to hit the
Start button when it gives me this shut down message and
clik on Run and type in something to avoid my computer
from shutting down. I can then go on-line (what website?)
to run the virus clean up. It happened a long time ago on
my personal computer at home but I threw away the
instructions and now someone I know is going through the
same situation.

When can I expect feedback?
