i just upgraded from sp2 to sp3 and my system is unable to boot to

it starts to dump my physical memory. after which it restarts again and
the cycle continues. the other thing is am able to boot to safe mode
without hustle. i really dont know what to do bout it so i was
thinking bout downgrading back to sp2, cos i didnt uninstall it
before upgrading to sp3
