chkdsk bitmap errors

I have a t least three servers in different locations that I get the same
errors on.

Correcting errors in the master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute.
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.
Windows found problems with the file system.

No matter how many times I run the chkdsk /f, these errors will not go away.
All of them are setup on RAID 5 arrays and all the errors are on the system
partitions. Does anyone have ideas I can try?
