Possibly a lot of items in the context menu (shell extension), see
what all programs have registered for shell and go to their settings
and disable them. I would also suggest you try defragmenting for some
improvement
this may help if the drive was badly fragmented, things might get
smoother with the defrag. Gud Luck.
