Redirecting shares to another server

I have a server (Server1) that is hosting a standalone DFS
root (Share1).

There are many folders in this directory that are hosted
on local disk ([E:\Root\]Folder1, [E:\Root\]Folder2,
[E:\Root\]Folder3).

We are in the process of moving these folders to other
servers (Server2) and making them DFS links (\\Server2
\Share2\Folder3).

I have a folder under Folder3 (SubFolder3.1) that is
currently shared as \\Server1\SubFolder3.1. When I move
Folder3 to another server and make it a DFS link, is there
a way that I can maintain \\Server1\SubFolder3.1 and have
it point to \\Server2\Share2\Folder3\SubFolder3.1?

Hopefully I made this clear enough...

Thanks!
