Windows Backup question

Dear Sir,

I'm using HP Compaq server with Windows 2000 server &
External Scsi backup drive. When I schedule using
NTBACKUP.exe to backup the file. I receive a error message
from Event log:
Description:
The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m3, did not respond within
the timeout period.

After reboot the server, the backup become normal.
However, After few days, the problem occur again!

I repleace a new device like SCSI card, Backup device!

I hope you can solve my problem!
