Encrypted files problem

Hi
A user in our network has encrypted his folder in his D drive machine.
The network is not using any sort of encryption on the server and we have not assign any DRA account on the netwok .
Now the user has complain of a problem and an administrator went to solve his problem and he deleted his profile.
Now the user is unable to decrypt his files .
what is the solution .
Note : the users is member of a domain and he used his domain account to encrypt the files.
what is the solution.
