Receive the following error on a Windows 2003 small business server,
sp1 when trying to send a fax out thru the shared fax service. Happens
to all users. No other error than this in the system log on the server.
Nothing is logged in the fax send log.
The fax was not submitted successfully because a connection could not
be made to the fax service. Error code 127
Event ID 32091
US Robotics 56K external modem.
