Questions on Windows 2003 Server Shared Fax service

If anybody is using the Shared fax service of SBS 2003 or Windows
server 2003 I could use some help. I have never used it and I am
getting questions on inbound faxes from a customer.
1. The fax console, can it be run from any computer on the net, or
does it only run on the server?
2. Does the fax console show ALL faxes, or just the ones for a
specific person.
3. Are the faxes stored on the server in a file format where we can
use some kind of viewer to see them, or do they have to be delivered
via the mail system then opened in Outlook?

Background info: - this is a small construction company, they want
faxes to come in, be stored on the server, be able to be viewed from
different workstations (i.e. job planners and job superintendants),
then sorted out and saved off with the job they are tied to (and burned
to CD for historical and legal use). The company has their mail hosted
elsewhere and are not using Exchange (and currently have no plans to
implement Exchange)
I am hoping the fax console can be run on any computer on the net so
they anybody with the program to view when faxes came in, and the faxes
are stored (or can be configured to be stored) in a specific directory
which I can share,
so they can move the faxes off to directories by job.
