Yes. There are two ways:

1. In the send fax wizard, Receipient Information (NEXT) -> Preparing the
Cover Page (NEXT) ->Schedule (NEXT) -> Delivery Notification
By default, don't notify is set. You can set it to a email message with a
sent fax copy as attachment.

2. Go to Fax Service Manager on the server -> Fax Properties -> Receipts ->
SMTP Email
