1. Are you able to double click, and open the the corresponding fax in tiff
viewer, If not press f5 some times the fax console views might be stale
2. In fax console from which folder did you try to use Mail To option
3. Can you make sure that you have proper default Email Viewer, you can
check that by going to control panel, Internet options, In the the internet
properties window, go to programs tab, check if Email has a default viewer.
