I am looking for some type of service to trigger on or a
third party app, something to manage the fax service
manager so to say. I need some way to manage the status
of a fax line. I need to know when the status on a fax
line is continuously in the receiving mode say for over 15
minutes. It's a weird situation because when this happens
our phone line rings and rings. It won't pick up or roll
to another line I have to stop and restart the service.
Canceling the receiving fax job just changes the status to
canceling it never changes the status to Idle. So thats
when I have to stop, restart the service. You know the
rest then I get calls saying they can't receive faxes.
Any help much appreciated,
Bruce
