Hi,
How can I register automaticly on system DNS Static IP address of computer
?

Modern machines (Win2000+) do this automatically IF:

1) DNS zone is dynamice
2) Clients Primary domain prefix is properly set to
(that) zone name in the Systeom Control Panel->Computer Name tab
3) You don't turn it of (on the NIC IP properties->DNS tab)
4) routing and such work
5) client uses STRICTLY the DNS server with the dynamic zone and/or
which can find the Primary for that dynamic zone, on the NIC->IP
properties.

Also DHCP server can do this for computers which it DYNAMICALLY
assigns addresses.

Is it possible to do that by by Groupe Policy Object.

No, Group Policy is from DC to computer. You need to register
from Computer back to the DNS Server.

Also you can force the registration manually (e.g., after fixing
a problem like enabling dynamic updates on the zone) by doing:

ipconfig /registerDNS

.
