DNS is installed by visiting Add/Remove in Control Panel, Windows
Components.

Once installed, if the zone is AD Integrated on DC1, the zone should
automatically appear on the new server. Instead of waiting, I usually just
create the zone, make it AD Integrated, and the data auto appears. No need
to do anything else, no need to create a secondary. If it is AD Integrated,
a secondary will disappear anyway.
