Is this the exact error?
Point two, if this zone is AD integrated, the zone data is stored in Active
Directory, not in the Systemroot\System32\Dns folder.
Does this happen only at startup and do you have only one DC?
If you have only one DC you may see these errors at startup due to the
startup order of AD and DNS. If one starts before the other, then DNS
cannot load the zone because AD hasn't started, or AD can't start because
DNS hasn't started.
Having two DCs up alleviates these errors at startup, or you can change the
zone to standard primary.
