Good Day All.

I am having a problem with a server that is a DC, DHCP DNS Server and also
has Exchange 2000 server. After installing some file synchronisation
software and rebooting, my Exchange server seems to be queing all mail
internal and external. All other aspects of the server seem fine.

None of this mail is delivered successfully and the queue seems to grow.
(PreSubmissionQueue).

I have rebooted this machine and uninstalled the synchro software and have
noticed the following event log entries in order.

NETLOGON - 5781 - Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS
records failed because no DNS servers are available.

RSVP - 10035 - This host can not be ACS since the Active Directory has not
been properly configured via the QoS ACS management console. Please
configure the subnets via the QoS ACS mangement console.

W3SVC - 101 - The server was unable to add the virtual root '/public' for
the directory 'M:\grosvenor-eu.com\Public Folders' due to the following
error: The system cannot find the path specified. The data is the error
code.

Schannel - 36871 - A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL server
credential.

I would be greatful if someone could offer some troubleshooting tips.
