DNS Failure 2000 server

I have 3 servers in ADS.
server-1.mpd_server.local, server-2, and server-3.

We started having all sorts of issues and it seemed the
DNS was corrupted. It was AD DNS. I decided to wipe out
the DNS and rebuild it in the AD. When I run
netdiag /fix with no DNS configured I get the following :

Somewhere there is still DNS entries that are not in the
DNS. When I try to re-add the DNS, I do not get all the
LDAP entries etc. you see via the advanced tab.

Please help! :)
