The AD Domain name is synact.net?(in AD Users & Computers)
Verify that in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters, that
the value for Domain and NV Domain are both set to the AD Domain name.
