This typically happens on multihomed (multiple-NIC)
systems where an IP is changed or DNS is tweaked
and doesn't fully track the configuration.

First try running a netdiag /fix on your domain controller(s)
(and make sure everything is replicating correctly if you
have more than one DC.) Netdiag is part of the Tools install
on the Server CD in \Tools. You should be able to run
it and get a "clean" output log after the /fix.

Also, make sure you have a reverse zone for your
LAN in DNS, and that it is accepting dynamic
updates. If not, create the zone, and re-run the
netdiag /fix.

Netdiag is the simplest way to repair AD DNS problems.
But if the above doesn't work, open DNS manager and
manually insert the CNAME record that is described
in the error. IOW create an Alias record for:

   cba27fc6-00a7-47ca-b40d-a6fde24c86c4

under _msdcs.noh.com for moe.noh.com. (If one is
already there, delete it and create a new one.)
Then re-run netdiag and make sure the log trace is
clean except for minor warnings. That should take care
of it.
