That will give you what you need to build your records out. You only
require these for your external DNS configuration so if your DNS is hosted
your provider will have to put the records in for you. Please see:

Also, you can read the RFC draft that has been submitted. Remember that SPF
(now called SPF classic) has been updated to Sender ID which is SPF +
Microsoft's Caller ID. You can find more info on Sender ID at:
