first, look at this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q260378
after you've done those, then do this:
on the LIVE network, run adsiedit.msc
navigate all the way to Configuration -> Services -> Microsoft
Exchange ->Your Exchange Org Name ->Administrative Groups -> Your Admin
Group containing the Server ->Servers -> Server3
Right-click on Server3 (if you see it) and click delete.
Close Adsiedit.
