You can't just copy and paste the files from the old profile to the new
profile, it has to be migrated. Log on as a local Administrator right click
on My Computer, choose properties, select the User profile tab Select the
Local user profile you want to migrate, click "Copy To" then Browse to the
directory of the Domain user and Change the "Permitted to use" to the domain
user.
