It's been a while since I first started working on this
problem, so I'll try clearing the cache on the machine
just to make sure I tried it before.
Actually it is a registry change. After you run the
dnscmd command, the response is:
"Registry property enableednsprobes sucessfully reset."
I'll let you know what I find out.
