Hi Guys

I have a website and DNS server hosted in our internal system, the system
works fine however I now have the need to do lookups with out the www. My
webserver is on a seperate machine if this makes a difference.

for example I have the following setup

Forward Lookups
        - mydomain.co.uk
(same as parent folder) Start of Authority
[6],dns.domain.local., admin.domain.local
(same as parent folder) Name Server
dns.domain.local
                www Host
ip address of the webserver

I can connect with http://www.mydomain.co.uk
but not with http://mydomain.co.uk

what am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,
Mike.
