You would have to rename it accordingly to your new domain. No it won't be
re-created. It's created by dcpromo when you opt to let it setup DNS for
you. Here, check out this link. There's a PPT presentation that you can
download on the whole procedure and mentions an XML tool and other tools,
that you can use to rename this along with your application partitions (very
important). Check out slides 40 and above:
