I'm using Edli for the first time in many years. at C:\>
I entered "edlin boot.ini".

Dos returned "endo of input file", with an asterisk on the
next line.

I entered "dir/w" to see if boot.ini was in the
directory. Edlin came back with line 1:*

I'm many lines later and I don't know how to get back to
the command prompt to enter the Edlin "q" command.

Thanks in advance.

System: Dell notebook with Windows 2000.
