Error while installing FoxPro 2.6 for windows

Dear All,

I am trying to install FoxPro 26 for win on windows 2000 prof, i m getting
an error.

When i tried to execute the setup file from my FOXPRO26.WIN directory it
gave me error

" System Error : The Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode,
DOSX.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH. "

I have logged as a administrator.

Please help me.

And that same setup files are working fine on my other machine having
windows 98se.
