What do you mean a "good solution". Unless you remove the ability to
produce printed output, the user can produce printed output! That is the
ONLY viable solution. And if push came to shove, they could STILL use a
camera to "steal" an image of the document and print it elsewhere. I
believe you need to reassess this document and your "requirements".
