Microsoft AntiSpyware ~*.tmp files

Every time Win2KproSP4 or Microsoft AntiSpyware is started, two items
are added to: Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp\"~DF****.tmp", which just keep accumulating... Disk
CleanUp does not remove the old ~DF****.tmp files...
