Hmmm:
I'm using "SpeedCommander" like (Norton Commander) that has an option
to keep Dates on copied directories
Then there are command like
- rsync (mine is cygwin) that has at least an option "preserve times"
(don't know whether it would work on Windows)
- unison like rsync has an option for keeping modified times (not
tested on Windows)
