Got this strange problem on my Windows 2000 machine. I did a
Windows Update before I went home (around 15 november). After this
I shut my pc down. Next morning several apps didn't work. For
instance Statbar and Winbar. (And Electronics Workbench also)

Could these updates have applied a higher block level for
applications ? And of course, how to resolve these issues ?

Many thanks in advance !
