    Whenever I attempt to save a download to my CD\DVD, I
    receive the following "You do not have permission to open
    this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator
    to obtain permission". Does anybody know how to correct
    this. It seems that this occurred after recent Microsoft
    upgrades.
