Event ID 26 & Application Popup

User is on Win2000 Pro with SP4 using IE 6.0 with SP1.
When he attempts to access a url WWW.houstonenergycu.com,
user recieves a IExplorer Application Error " The
instruction at 0x77Fcc36d refrenced memory at 0x0281d822.
The memory could not be written. I checked the Application
event log and and the Source is Application Popup and
Event ID is 26. Tech net does have something on this but
it doesn't seem to be related to this exact problem. Can
anyone please offer some help?
