Forest Trust

I created 2 forests in Native 2003 mode (Corp.local & Devel.local). I
established a One-Way Forest trust between them [devel.local trusts
corp.local]. My corp.local users are now able to authenticate on
devel.local resources. What I am not able to do is nest my Corp\Domain
Users in the DEVEL\Domain Admins or Enterprise Admins group. How do I make
my Corp\Domain Users members of the Devel\Enterprise or Domain Admin in
groups?
