Apparently through all of those reboots, I never noticed the message
indicating NETBIOS DISABLED by the NetRAID controller. Went into the Express
Tools, enabled the BIOS and rebooted... guess what was there?

you guessed it...

PRESS ANY KEY TO BOOT FROM CD


problem solved.
