K, it sounds like the install is going fine, but your PC is not booting from
the hard drive on restart. The "Press any key to boot from CD" prompt comes
from BIOS when you have changed your settings to boot from CDROM first.

Assuming that your HDD was found, formatted, etc. with no errors:
1 - doesn't seem so.
2 - set your BIOS to boot CD first, then HDD, and follow the instructions.
3 - no
