low performace - reboot

Hi,

We have windows 2000 server to hosts our websites and SQL and I have the
following problem, avery 2 or 3 days I have to reboot the server because it
gets so slow, the performance of the hosted websites go totally down and the
only way I've found to make them faster again is rebooting the server

Any idea of what could be the problem??

both our staging and production servers has the same problem
