Thank you for posting!

To see the printer, the user needs to have the permissions. Please refer to
the following steps to check the permissions of the printer.

1. Open the Control Panel->Printers and Faxes folder with the administrator
account.

2. Open the printer properties.

3. Click the Security tab.

4. Check if the regular user has the permission to use the printer.
