Re: java.exe process maxes CPU utlization

No idea what that is used for. Obviously is sounds like java. I would
check to see where that file is located and if there is anything in the
properties of the file that describes its source or purpose.
Check out the following regsitry key I am betting it gets started from here.
HKLM\System\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

Check out the entries there, and you will most likely see an entry for
java.exe

As a side note this is where alot of spyware and other menacing programs are
called from.
