perfmon fail to indentify and collect counters on processid

    please help
    we need to monitor win2k server for ifweb60.exe process
    it have several instance as one each for a user connecting
    to server .
    now we have identified some user that need to be monitored
    ie few ifweb60 process .
    but when we try to add the process ifweb60. it does not
    give processid to be added but processname follwed by
    #some number as we have so many prosess with same name .
    now we can not identify which process id is which
    processname#number

    so please advice how to select selective process according
    to id to percounter
