The problem is that the system credentials stored in IIS's metabase has
gotten out of synch with AD.
It's a common problem and easy to fix but the answer's well-hidden - you
need to run the synciwam.vbs script in the AdminScripts section of your IIS
tree, which slurps credentials across from W2K and updates the metabase.
