Time sync. Problem

I'm running two Win 2000 Adv. servers in a NLB cluster for web hosting.

My one machine keeps on complaining that the time service is not sync'd.
I've set the following command to run at startup

net time /setsntp:137.92.140.80

Although after running the command I also run

w32tm /s

then I get

RPC to local server returned 0x0

And the error logs in Event Viewer just continue.

How do I fix this?
