You should not be able to turn off a DC for long periods of time without
issues when it boots again. There are many secure channel password changes
that take place that can be out of sync while the DC is down. You can Ghost
the machine but when you bring it back up you will most likely have to do a
restore of the System State that is current and not from the Ghosted image
to be sure everything is consistent.
