What is Licensing Site Settings?

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

A long time ago, I created a second site (Kingston) under Sites & Services to accommodate the Kingston location in the event I wanted to add or move servers there. We currently have 3 DCs (HOSPICEDC, HOSPICEDC3 & HOSPICEDC4). My plan has been to move one of them (DC3) to Kingston to help speed up logons. I was just checking the (empty) Kingston site and checking the setting vs. the Default-First Site (Hyde Park). I noticed something that has me concerned.

Under the Licensing Site Settings, it is showing the "EXCHANGE" server. This is obviously a leftover from the original setup by a "consultant" (before I started) of the domain where that server was the only DC (with all the FSMOs) and also the TS Licensing server. This has since been changed. That server is neither a DC nor a TS Licensing server.

I'm not sure what I should be changing it to. It's not clear to me what the "Licensing Server" is. THE HOSPICEDC server is the TS licensing server and has all the FSMOs.

Can you help clarify it for me?
