Thank you for using newsgroup again.

For your concern about enabling the Automatic Update service, there is no
need to accomplish it though batch script. You may enable the Automatic
Update Service with GPO setting.

Suggestion:
============

1. Open Group Policy Editor.

2. Expand "Computer Configuration"->"Windows Settings"->"Security
Settings"->System Services->Automatic Updates"

3. Select the checkbox of "Define this policy settings"->"Automatic"
