How do I rebuild these GPOs or create them?
Please take a look at the following KB:

I have a 200 server and a 2003 server in my domain. This week I have
noticed
that the folders for the GPO in Sysvol have gone bye-bye, in both servers.
My
2000 machine is my DC. I need to fix this problem so I can upgrade this to
2003. No one in my dept. knows what happened. I have tried to find a fix
for
this and no luck. Everyone can log into the domain and there seems to be
no
problem except passwords seem to migrate back to old ones. Both of these
servers are on as400 systems. How do I rebuild these GPOs or create them?
