Server: win2k server
I'm not an expert in servers. I removed the Active Directory using
dcpromo. The system restarted after that but my admin login not
working. When I enter the username and password, "The system could not
log you on. Make sure your your name and domain are correct, then type
your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the
correct case. Make sure that Caps Loack is not accidently on".
I know, I'm using correct admin id and password. I have lot of data on
that PC
1. Any way to log in to that server?
2. Any way to copy the data from that server if not able to log on to
that server?
Thanks

You are choosing to log on locally, right? It soulds liek your logon
is still the domain one.

Yes I'm trying log on locally. The logon screen only asking for User
Name, Password and a Checkbox for Log on using dial-up connection.
There is no entry fied for Domain name. I tried the different options
to enter the username like admin, domain name/admin, domain name\admin
etc..

When I deleted the Active directory, it should delete the domain
also..Correct me if I'm wrong..

Any suggestions to enter into the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
